Surgery clinics

We offer a range of clinics and services at the surgery.

Antenatal care

Please register your pregnancy as soon as possible with your local Hospital. They will be responsible for your antenatal care.

Baby vaccinations

Our surgery offer vaccinations for children up to the age of 5. 

Vaccinations

Routine vaccinations for all ages are available during surgery hours, by appointment with our nurses.

We also run a flu vaccination clinic in late October, please ask reception for further information.

Travel Vaccinations

Please fill in a travel risk assessment form for each family member 4-6 weeks prior to travel.

Diabetic clinic

Regular check-ups and review of patients with diabetes are run by our nurse, Sharon Chadwick.

This service is available on Mondays 2:30pm to 5:30pm.

Weight management

Visit our wellbeing centre, to access advice and local support groups about weight management.

You can also visit the practice, where we offer regular advice and help with the practice nurse, Lesley.

NHS health checks

Available to patients aged between 40 and 74, who do not have certain chronic conditions such as diabetes.

Phlebotomy clinic

All blood tests can be carried out at the practice, with the exception of children under 18 years old.

The phlebotomy clinic is held on Tuesday to Friday, from 9am to midday.

This is not a walk in service, it is available by appointment only. Please call 0208 946 7578.

Aged 5 and over: Please note that you can also have your blood test at sites within the St Helier Trust and St George’s Trust (including Nelson hospital) but these are also now by appointment only. Please visit myappointments.online, or call 0203 376 8776. For St George’s Trust you will need to pick up your paperwork from the surgery. For St Helier Trust they can download your form at the hospital, but you will need to show official photo ID such as a driving license or passport.
