Use this service to arrange travel vaccinations and get advice for your upcoming trip abroad.
To help the travel nurses to assess your needs, it is important that you fill out this form before your appointment.
You can use this service if you:
- are registered at the surgery
- We only offer NHS vaccines, if required including Typhoid, Hepatitis A, Diphtheria, Tetanus and Polio.
- The Nurse will carry out a risk assessment and offer you the necessary advice. For vaccinations to take effect, your appointment should be no less than 6 to 8 weeks prior to travel.
