Contact us with Accurx

You can contact a doctor, nurse or other healthcare professional online using a website called Accurx.

We try to make sure you see the doctor of your choice, but if they are not available we may ask you to see another doctor.

Urgent appointments

To request an on-the-day urgent appointment, please call at 8am:

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

We will use your answers to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or healthcare professional to help you.

Routine appointments

To request a routine appointment in advance during opening times:

  • phone us on 020 8946 7578
  • use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App) to book an appointment, screening test or vaccination

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

We will use your answers to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or healthcare professional to help you.

Consulting times

Appointments are available Monday to Friday, 7am until 6:30pm

Enhanced access

There are several GP hubs available to patients living in the Merton area.

Overall, Merton will be offering up to 50,000 extra GP appointments this year many of which will be offered at weekends or from 8am to 8pm in the week.

  • by phone
  • face to face at the surgery

Cancelling or changing an appointment

To cancel your appointment:

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

If you need help with your appointment

Please tell us:

  • if there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond
  • if you need an interpreter
  • if you have any other access or communication needs

Home visits

If you are too ill to come to the surgery and you require a home visit, please call the surgery before 10am.

Home visits take up much more of a doctor’s time than a consultation in the surgery, if you are mobile please come into the surgery to be seen.
