We understand that it may be difficult to attend the surgery, when you are caring for someone, so please ask us if we need to make special arrangements.

    Providing FREE and independent information, advice, support, advocacy and respite to the many carers in Merton. Our specialist team help carers with health, money and benefits matters, problems at work, going out and meeting people and getting extra support to help with the responsibility of caring. This can allow you to have a break now and then, to work, or even to go to college. We can also help complete a carer’s emergency plan.
