Routine antenatal check ups are with the doctor and nurse on Tuesday or Friday mornings.

Our surgery offer vaccinations for children up to the age of 5. Vaccinations for children are run on Friday afternoons, from 13:00 till 14:00.

We also run a flu jab clinic in late October, please ask reception for further information.
If you have been advised by the surgery to submit an annual review of your asthma symptoms, please use this form. If your symptoms are deteriorating or you are having any concerns, please make an appointment with our nurse.
Our surgery offers regular check-ups and advice from practice nurses on lifestyle, inhaler techniques and medication.
Appointment with practice nurse, Rosemarie, can be made online.
Regular check-ups and review of patients with diabetes are run by our nurse, Sharon Chadwick.
This service is available on Mondays 14:30 till 17:30, please make your appointment online.
Visit our wellbeing centre, to access advice and local support groups about weight management.
You can also visit the practice, where we offer regular advice and help with the practice nurse, Lesley.

NHS Health Checks
Available to patients aged between 40 and 74, who do not have certain chronic conditions such as diabetes.
All blood tests can be carried out at the practice, with the exception of children under 10 years old.
The phlebotomy clinic is held on Mondays 08:30 till 09:30 and Wednesdays between 09:30 till 10:30.
This is a walk in service, so you do not need to book an appointment.
